Dr. Linda Crowley
As a veteran public educator with varied experiences within the K-12 educational arena, Dr. Linda Crowley has served as an assistant principal, K-5 teacher, gifted education teacher, and federal programs and area superintendent coordinator. Dr. Crowley holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Master of Arts in Education, an Educational Specialist Degree, and an Ed.D. in Education Leadership. In 2019, she completed a two-year program of professional development for the lead school Superintendency entitled Superintendent Professional Development Program. Dr. Crowley has demonstrated and proficiently executed promoting school quality, community outreach involvement, and innovation that continues to improve the overall delivery of educational programs
Dr. Crowley has been involved in several civic and educational organizations, including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, a member of the Resilience in School Environments for Kaiser Permanente and Alliance for a Healthier Generation, and chairperson for Molly’s House, a non-profit organization for homeless women. She served as the 2016 Georgia Compensatory Educational Leaders (GCEL) president. Dr. Crowley is on the External Advisory Board member for the Center for College of Science’s Center for Promoting Inclusion and Equity in the Sciences (C-PIES) at Georgia Institute of Technology. She is deeply committed to continuing the development of quality educators through advocacy, professional learning, and support.
